One node title on the everything2.com website is “For a boat of white bone, and we three“. Three different writers have written their interpretation of the title. I love that title and this photograph is like a dream of the title….

This is for photrablogger’s Β Mundane Monday #110. More blue and light and water…. my themes, I think.
I took this about a month ago, on an evening walk with my daughter. She is airborne: her feet are not quite touching. I have pictures of both my kids airborne at the beach. Water, wind, air, sky: I think that is their effect….
The new health care bill would cut medicaid by billions. That is our poorest Americans and most disabled. Is that how we make America great? Great for whom? Call Congress and say no….. Call again and again and again. They listen to money but in the end they need votes.
Last Sunday driving to Bellingham, everything turns blue and gold when the sun comes out.
For Wordless Wednesday.
This is not a perfect photograph…. and yet, at the same time, it is for me. My daughter was home last week for spring break. She had a haircut and sent her hair to Locks of Love. The background is cluttered with the cupboard open and counter, but her concentration and quiet is a contrast to that. And anyhow, I am biased, right? We love even terrible photos of those we love.
I am trying to catch that distant line of light on the horizon as the light recedes….
….I am so grateful that the basic healthcare requirements will not be dismantled, joy!
….and now on the horizon I hope for vision and light and single payer, medicare for all. My Veteran patients this week are afraid, that Veterans Choice will be taken down. I am afraid too….and still, I hope for vision and light.
I may run out of blue titles….
I’ve already submitted to Mundane Monday, but I took this one thinking of the site… back to the outdoors and sand and blue….Yesterday was sunny and glorious and we walked the beach….
