Another snow picture as the sun rose and things were backlit. The front of the house faces south.

For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: sprout.
I haven’t had time to take many pictures since the snow melting. Spring is on the way though we could freeze again. This photograph is from a year ago, February 8, 2018. I love how moss just sprouts where ever it can, on trees, on bushes, high up in the air. And the green moss and blue sky are so bright.
For Wordless Wednesday.
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: color.
The snow has melted in my neighborhood. There is lots higher up, but it’s gone here. I am still enjoying the photographs, the contrast of color in the snow.

Out in the sun and I hear a tapping. Where? I try to echolocate the sound like a bat. There!

For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: lost.
All the snow and early morning blue and white! The sun is lost! The sky is lost! My shadow has abandoned me!
Oh, there is the sun and my shadow is back.
Practical objects get transformed by snow, don’t they? This is my clothesline. Magical, that snow can balance along the two lines.
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: canal.
Nope, not a canal. A pass: Deception Passage. Taken in December 2018. This is looking at the San Juan Islands from the top of the hills around the pass.

For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: innovative.
