For photrablogger’s Mundane Monday #90.
I took this on the beach on Christmas Day, walking with my daughter.
I go to the guest bed to take a nap. I reach for the blanket and touch… fur.Β I recoil. Boa cat wakes and blinks at me.
She looks so warm that I go curl up on the couch.
This for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday #86.
This is for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday #81, a Lion’s mane mushroom from up in the Olympic Mountains, taken with my cell phone.
I hiked with a friend. I am not good enough at identifying many mushrooms to pick them on my own, so I go with him. We saw at least 30 varieties most of which we left alone…. when in doubt, don’t touch.
We went out Saturday and Sunday. It rained most of the day on Saturday. I was dressed warmly enough but was very wet. Sunday it rained less and I dressed more appropriately and stayed dry…
Delicious sauteed until brown…
I was thinking of photrablogger when I took this in Arlington, Virginia in August. This is for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday Challenge #80. We are really in fall on Washington State now and have a big storm rising. I will check my boat today and am carefully not parking under the apple tree that I think could come down…..
This is for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday #78, taken in Arlington Virginia last month. Do you remember when Rabbit had everyone in the Hundred Acre Woods looking for his friend and relation Small? I did not realize that one of Small’s relatives was in the picture until I looked at it again….
I took this on the way home this morning, for photrabloggers Mundane Monday #77. Guess where….
This is for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday Challenge #76: a very fuzzy friend met on the day before I left Virginia last week. We were in Arlington, on a hike down one of the runs to the Potomac, with the George Washington Parkway way over our heads and airplanes rising from Reagan National Airport nearby.
This for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday #73: Boa Cat in her guard position. Except for her ears, which are in “my person is doing something…” position. This is in my backyard two summers ago, when the grass dries out. August, 2014.
This is for photrablogger’s Mundane Monday #72. Sunset at Larrabee State Park last week.
