For Wordless Wednesday.
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: thief.
Are you the one
who placed this here?
A gift?
I am not a thief.
You are the one
taking the photograph.
Who is the thief?
I think we are even.
My Mundane Monday #203 prompt is: repeating themes.
My example has multiple repeated parallel lines. I like the winding ramp that adds interest and makes it more complicated, but still has a repeating theme.
What photograph illustrates the repeating theme that you like or are drawn to? Link your reply and I will list them next week. Have a wonderful Monday and a wonderful week.

Last week’s prompt is unexpected.
Bushboy’s world has an unexpected drama in a flower photograph.
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: bail.
The little red pram is older than I am and leaks. Last summer we got it out and my daughter sailed and bailed with ease. She is on the racing team at Western Washington in Bellingham, racing FJs.
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt rus-in-urbe.
I am not in a city. I am in a town. But still, when the flock shows up at my feeder, I feel such joy watching them.
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: hope.
This young eagle is shedding feathers and hoping for a chance at the dead octopus on the beach.
I hope that the eagle matures. I hope that it makes good decisions and learns self control and quiet wisdom. Don’t you?
This is for Norm2.0’s Thursday doors.
Look! I finally took some photographs of local doors! Hoorah! This is our new school, Salish Coast Elementary. My son was visiting this last week and we walked around the school on Monday. The sun was bright and there is a lot of glass, so I could play with the reflections in my photographs. The school opened in the fall and I missed the grand opening. Yesterday’s Dr. Suess picture is from the school as well. My son tried out the new playground equipment too. His hat and something about his position makes me think of both the Cat in the Hat and Waldo.

For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: thaw.
I walked through Kai Tai Nature Park during the snow last month. Usually there are lots of ducks, sometimes geese, red wing blackbirds and a blue heron or eagle. This is taken with a zoom. The ducks were hiding out and the seagulls standing rather forlornly on the ice, waiting for the thaw.
Every so often I get the flock at my feeder. I did this morning. I think these are bushtits.
For the Ragtime Daily Prompt: lingular.
Singular lingular lobe of the lung
infective invective now what’s to be done?
rolling and trolling and speaking in tongues
vote heath here not wealth here until healing comes
Look at this pair of eagles flying in tandem, together. Maybe they don’t agree with each other about everything. They are both individuals. But they fly together. A symbol for our country?
