For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: friend.
Malene has known me since she was in college with my parents. Since I was a baby. I know her children and grandchildren as well…. friends.

For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: smirk.
Visiting friends in Wisconsin in August, we were taken on an evening quick tour of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. There are multiple decorated statues of Bucky Badger on campus. Is the expression a smile or smirk or serious?
I’m a badger too.
For Wordless Wednesday.
For the Daily Prompt: undulate.
What a wonderful word! My thoughts go naughty… but no, this is mostly G rated, so I am reposting my poem with that word:
ambulating antelopes
bellies bearing beer
carrying cantelopes
deride damp deer
elegant elephants
feeling fitly fat
give generous gifts
handing hippos hats
ignorant iguanas
jealously jeer
keen kindly kites
lilting laughing leers
many merry meerkats
nearly never notice
one old orangutan’s
pompous pronouncements
querulous quail
reject reports regarding
shimmering snow snakes
tearing through tunnels
undulating ungulates
veer vivaciously
wondering why whales
xerox xylophones
yellow yaks yell
zip zap zoo!
For Thursday doors. No, you can’t see the door. I am standing in one door and there is another.
For Thursday Doors.
I am submitting this to Thursday Doors, did not have time yesterday. This is a Wisconsin rural schoolhouse that friends of mine own. They added on to it when they retired and moved there. Things change and the next move is closer to family, but everyone came to say farewell to the schoolhouse.
For Wordless Wednesday.
I took this walking in the early morning alone when I was visiting friends in Wisconsin this month.
