That looks very mysterious, having the fog rolling out of the valley like that.
Isn’t it interesting how it is clear where we were (on shore, too) and then there is this fog river?
It sure is. The hills must be drawing the moisture down to creat the fog and then an offshore breeze seems to be trapping it in the base of the valley. At least that seems to be whats going on.
We often wake up to “low cloud” or “fog” but that will indicate a burn off clear day later!
Oh yes early fog always leads to a nice day.
