   I really like this. I think the end stage of a plant’s life can be fully as attractive as its blooms.

     Thank you. The seeds are alive, right? So even though we think of the plant as dead, it is not dead. The parent is dead but the children are awaiting their turn and awaiting the right conditions and awaiting spring.
