My ornamental plums are thinking of spring. They are not quite budding out, not quite.

Ooooo, we have plums. I can’t keep up. I have been making jam and drying plums and I made a plum tart. Now I look out the window and panic because… apples….
For the Ragtag Daily Prompt: plum.
For Wordless Wednesday.
This is for Norm2.0’s Thursday doors: my front door this past Saturday. It was so gorgeous and the plum flowers opened and opened.
Prayers for a friend of mine, who called in the night, and was in the emergency room last night. All healing thoughts, prayers, denominations accepted…. with grateful thanks.
For the Daily Prompt: uncompromising.
Yes, there is snow, but spring is coming, uncompromising. The pink of the plum branches is already visible.
I take this with my cell phone out the front door after dark about three days ago. The flowers are now fully out. I tried one with and one without the flash. Beautiful plums and I have two! Spring and joy!
I have a double lot and I don’t mow the second one. There are two plum trees and an apple tree, and the local deer love it. I may fence more off for more fruit trees, but it’s nice to share plums.
