My daughter and I went on an errand in Tacoma two days ago. We went to Point Defiance as well. The Rose Garden is gorgeous!

My wonderful neighbor cut my butterfly bush back after it bloomed earlier this year. And now it is blooming again! How fabulous!

I don’t mow my second lot. We have cat/deer interactions and it’s interesting to see what plants move in. I am cutting down lots of blackberries but welcome the Oregon Grape. I hope not too much of this moves in.
