Given the current political climate, I should think they’re not only useful but practically mandatory. “Having lost sight of our objectives, we redoubled our efforts.” and the ever popular “We have met the enemy and he is us.” are probably the most apt, but I’m sure you know others that perfectly encapsulate our times as well!
“Don’t take life so serious, son…it ain’t permenant.”
I guess that rings particularly true with you, eh Doctor? :)
I feel young in my clinic: 77% are over 50 and 48% are over 65, and the current eldest is 100. 100 looks a lot older than 70 or 60 or 50…..
Wow – just think, when you get to 100 they’ll be 150-ish! (160…?) Way to keep feelin’ spry, Doc! :)
(giggle) … the 70 year old perk up when I explain that no, they aren’t old in my clinic, they have to attain 90 to be “old”.
You have a wonderful bedside manner :)
computerside? heh….thank you!
Very nice! How long a lens were you using?
ooo, um. Built in zoom and I brought the other one to work, so I will have to check after work. A 135? but maybe not….
Lol! That’s ok. Apparently not being anal retentive about things like this, like a certain commenter here I know *cough* – is no impediment to taking beautiful pictures. Well done!
:)
Panasonic of some ilk….I love built in zooms, less heavy. Yeah, I don’t memorize the equipment specs….I just want equipment that WORKS.
I certainly understand. I mean, it sounds like you’ve got your brain already so crammed full of actual, useful minutiae that cluttering it up with additional NON-essential crap might even be dangerous. Woot woot for picture saving background technology, then! :)
….hmm. I can quote lots of Walt Kelly Pogo… is that useful?
