Many of my trinkets are rocks. Agates or calcedny nodules or lots of others. Fossil snails and fossil clams.
This agate initially looks better on the ground.

One there is some fascinating deposits on that beach!
Our conclusion after walking those beaches for nearly two years 2-3 times a week is that it is the cliffs collapsing and washing out that are supplying the agates. One day a stretch of beach will be all rocks and the next day sand and boulders disappear. It is startling.
Wow, that’s incredible. If it’s legal there, you could make a lot of money off those beautiful agates.
You are not to take rocks off the National or State Parks, so Dungeness Spit, for example. But North Beach is ok.
That’s what I was thinking. A lot of places here in the UK its illegal to remove rocks and such too.
